A clean, masonry dual-occupancy proposal was developed for this Bexley North site. Each dwelling consists of 5 bedrooms and a large open living and dining zone, flowing to an expansive backyard. Brick is utilised significantly throughout the building facade, tempered by the addition of warm timber and bespoke glazing details.
