Working closely with St Bernard Constructions who bought a DA Approved site for 10 apartments very close to Narrabeen beach. The building originally by Haywood Baker Gillet was altered to suit the new client’s desire to have a Hamptons-like apartment building. We delivered the construction documentation as well as marketing material for the 10 apartments.
