This design is a proposed 22 bed boarding house with additional managers room set within a multi-residential area of Dee Why. The building form harmonious with its surroundings referencing the materials and shape of neighbouring buildings. The topographic condition of the site allowed the presentation of 3 storeys to the street and 4 to the rear; whilst also facilitating a rooftop common room and a communal outdoor area.
